Telephone Advice
If you simply need advice, we are very happy to deal with problems by telephone
- just ask the receptionists. If, having talked to you, it seems more appropriate
to see you, we will make arrangements to see you.
Pre-booked telephone appointments are also available. If you have a single problem
that can be dealt with by phone within 5 minutes, please ask the receptionists for
a booked telephone appointment.
Alternatively, NHS Direct can offer general advice and is available 24 hours a day.
