Location

Glenpark Medical Centre

Glenpark Medical Centre is located half way along Ravensworth Road in Dunston. The major landmark is Derwent Tower, the highest structure for many miles around. Next to the Tower is a small shopping precinct; Glenpark is opposite. There is no parking available on the premises, but the shopping precinct has a free car park.

Directions

From the A1, turn off at the Dunston exit. Turn onto Park Terrace (turn right at the end of the slip road if approaching from the north, or left from the south)
Turn left at the traffic lights onto Ellison Road (at the lights, you can see the Health Centre almost directly opposite).
Follow the road round, passing a row of shops and turn left at the Dun Cow Pub on to Ravensworth Road.

Dunston Health Centre

The Health Centre is located at the cross roads of Dunston Bank, Market Lane, Park Terrace and Ellison Road. There is a small car park at the Health Centre, which is shared by Glenpark Medical Practice, the PCT staff and patients.

From the A1, turn off at the Dunston exit. Turn onto Park Terrace (turn right at the end of the slip road if approaching from the north, or left from the south)
At the traffic lights, you will see the Health Centre directly opposite. Go straight on at the lights
As you start to ascend the hill, there is a junction on the left. On the right is an entrance road marked "North Eastern Court". Turn into the entrance road, passing a Swimming Pool and North Eastern Court itself. The road ends at the Health Centre.
