* Whilst the surgery itself is closed between 12:30pm - 1:00pm each day for lunch,
the telephone lines remain open during this time.
** Reception opens at 08:30 on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. However, for emergencies
only between 8:00 and 8:30am please phone: 420 0535
Please note that surgery times (to see a doctor or nurse) will differ from the opening
hours. However, for emergencies, an on-call doctor is available during these times.
Appointments may be given at either Glenpark or Dunston Health Centre according
to availability

Emergencies
We have a doctor on call for emergencies
between 08:00 and 18:00. In the event of an emergency during opening times, simply
ring reception. Between 08:00 and 08:30 ring the administration line (420 0535).
Note that before 08:30 this number is only for emergencies that cannot wait until
reception opens.
Outside these hours, urgent care is available
from A&E, GatDoc or the Walk In Centre.
In the event of a life threatening emergency
(eg chest pain), don't delay: ring 999
